Telehealth Services

Relief Center offers both telepsychiatry and teletherapy. Telehealth appointments connect clients with our expert clinicians through video conferences. It facilitates clients’ consistent attendance to their sessions, which is necessary for mental health treatment.

Counseling Sessions

Counseling session is highly confidential process between clients and their therapists. Sessions are usually conducted weekly, with a duration of 45-50 mins. The consistency of counseling sessions guarantee the efficacy of the whole psychotherapy process. Sessions conducted in a safe, and supportive environment.

Communication Policy

Clients-therapist communication is always advisable to be in-person. Clients shall establish with their therapist a communication protocol that serves client best interests and therapist conveniences.

Dealing with Emergency and crisis

During Emergency, clients can ask for earlier appointment with their therapists. Our administrative team shall also provide recommendations for 24/7 out-patient psychiatric services, incase needed, or asked for.
