Maysa Abdellatif, M.A., A Certified Special Needs Therapist and Sports Psychology professional
Maysa holds a Master’s degree in Special Education with a focus on Inclusion and Disability Studies from the University of London, and she is also a certified elementary education teacher with a “Certificate of Qualification (CQ)” from the State of New Jersey. In 2023, she obtained a Sports Psychology Certificate from Barca Innovation Hub University.
With over fifteen years of experience, Maysa has worked extensively with parents and children facing various challenges such as speech and language difficulties, ADHD, auditory and visual processing issues, and dyslexia. She specializes in providing parenting consultations, offering guidance and support, as well as counseling teenagers.
Maysa’s expertise also extends to the field of sports psychology. She assists individuals facing mental health challenges in areas such as sport and performance motivation, confidence, managing emotions and performance anxiety, performing under pressure, focus and concentration, team cohesion and unity, mental toughness and resilience, visualization and mental rehearsal, performance routines, and decision making and tactics.
In addition to her professional qualifications, Maysa integrates her experiences in consulting with Pranic Healing and Theta Healing. She applies these modalities when working with children, teenagers, and adults, bringing a holistic approach to her practice.
